Toward the end of her life, my 15-year-old Shelby suddenly took to grabbing her stuffed white bunny as we headed out the door for our short daily walk around the neighborhood. She just walked along, carrying her bunny like a toddler cherishing a special doll. People driving by would stop their cars beside us to tell me how cute she was. So sweet.
Ahhh….what a sweet sight that must have been. 🙂

Today he was carrying some flattened frog legs he found on his walk..not quite as cute! Took many treats to get those free 🙂
