I’ve been gone for a bit. More on that later. I left the creatures in charge of the garden.

I should have been clearer in my instructions.

Dear Praying Mantis, you are not to eat your fellow guardians!

Hoping all is well with you! The photos are beautiful – especially the butterfly!
All is well. Just a short trip away. Photos soon. 🙂 And thank you!
Yikes, yes; sometimes specific directions are needed. 🙂 Gorgeous photos! Hope all is well.
Thank you! All is well. 🙂
I have an entirely different view of PM. Do you know that they will eat a hummer?? I capture every one I can, and Paul takes them into Effie Yeaw. Your post and photos are amazing as always…
Yes…mother nature can be cruel! I search the trees where my feeders hang several times a day and relocate any offenders!
Beautiful photos.
Thank you!
😳😆
Stunning photography! I spent 15 minutes trying to get decent pics of a praying mantis. You put me to shame.
We all have to eat…but not the butterfly. Phooey.
Right? There is certainly an ample supply of other bugs and beasts in the garden that I’d prefer be banished!
I have no doubt the list is long.
The garden tends to take on a life of its own the minute we turn our backs . . . a little like a couple of dogs I know. 😉
