You may remember Chief from this post. While I was away, he found his way home. His journey made possible by Jody, who rescued this sweet, discarded dog from the fields, and a devoted group of volunteers who taught him how to have faith and trust in humans again. Happy life, Chief!
I am a nascent gardener, rescuer, and photographer, chronicling the journey of the dogs at Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue and Sanctuary near Sacramento, CA - and the Memorial Garden we have devoted to them.
